Your Pictures Come Alive When You Change Your Perspective

I sat on the stage steps to photograph the dancers at this folklore festival, using a Canon 17-35mm lens to create a multidimensional image. The headless dancer on the left begins the pinball motion down the four layers of dancers. At 1/60-second shutter speed, I used balanced fill-flash to stop the action but allow for a slight blur of motion. Finally luck gave me the pigtails flying in the air and the fourth dancer's feet off the ground. (Kodak E100S)
